Virtual Expo - About Us

Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco

The Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation, founded in 1998, is a non-profit Florentine institution promoting initiatives which encourages international integration without competition within a framework of respect for individual identity. This is obtained through the mutual exchange of knowledge among students and professionals from different countries and cultures with an extensive network of universities, libraries, museums, embassies, consulates, as well as public and private cultural institutions and organizations worldwide. The Foundation endorses an array of cultural events which augment the distribution of research information among participants in any specific field of study.

Why Degree & Profession…
The Foundation has always been oriented toward our younger generation and our students. This orientation has brought to a natural evolution: to satisfy the students' request of organizing an event that could help students once they finish their studies and enter the professional world. This initiative has taken a dual composition: a virtual exposition always open on-line and an international congress held every year in Florence. The goal of this project is to offer "Acknowledgement of our youth within the professional world".

This goal has promoted the birth of the Best Degree Project, an event where all the top graduates were chosen by their universities to participate and show their degree projects. After four years of successful experimentation within the universities of the ISC (Independent States Community), we decided that at this 5 th edition it was time to extend the invitation to the graduates from ALL OVER THE WORLD and to all those sectors looking for creativity.

This is how and why "Degree & Profession" was born…
