Virtual Expo - Loading the Project on Internet

Upon filling up the application form, candidates shall be sent a key-word in order to access a purposely customized page on which they shall upload the following by September 30, 2008:

  • Photo of the author
  • 3 meaningful images of the diploma work/thesis
  • Written presentation of the work max 6.000 characters (including spaces) in English, divided as follows:
    • OBJECTIVES of the work (max 2.000 characters)
    • DEVELOPMENT, METHODOLOGY AND TOOLS used for the work (max 2.000 characters)
    • CONCLUSIONS (max 2.000 characters)
  • Other 6 images to complete the presentation
  • No animations

The complete upload on the personal page of all the above mentioned material shall allow participants to have their work published on www.florence-expo.com, offering great visibility on an international level and therefore great references, opportunities and perspectives for employment.

PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT ON POWER POINT
Candidates shall also prepare a presentation of their work in Power Point, which will be shown at the “Florence Festival” (November 14-18, 2008). The presentation should have the following requirements:

  • 5 slides of the work, using a standard form that can be unloaded by clicking here;
  • Maximum size of the presentation 3 Mbytes

Bigger sizes will automatically lead to the exclusion from the presentation.
By September 30, 2008, the presentation shall be sent to the following e-mail address:
info@florence-expo.com . The participant will receive automatic communication of the receipt of the Power Point by the organizing office.

The Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation shall not be considered as liable for any theft, damage or loss of both the digital and paper material, sent by Internet and in addition, it shall be exempt from any responsibility in case of any negative consequence or damage.

The Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation shall ensure maximum care in the conservation of the material, yet it declines any responsibility about  any damage or theft that both the digital and paper material itself sent by Internet may suffer as long as the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation shall have it.
