1. When we receive uploaded works from our participants on our website www.florence-expo.com, the Fly Events S.r.l will automatically acquire to hold the exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, display or distribute these works in scholarly journals, television, and/or Internet sites. The foundation is allowed to reproduce these works; however, we shall not infringe on the copyrights the participants hold on their works. Your works will not be reproduced for any of our commercial purposes. Our purpose for reproduction is to introduce the works amongst competitors and creators. The authors' names will be mentioned along with their work; however, the authors will not be receiving any compensation for their works once they are reproduced by our Foundation. Our holding of copyrights must be accepted by the author to participate in this organization. The participant must declare that he/she is solely interested in sharing their works and sources for the purpose of the organization.
2. The Fly Events S.r.l will not be taking any responsibility for the reproduction and/or any infringing reproductions of our participants' works made through the Internet or by third person parties.
3. All participants shall guarantee to the organization that works delivered are original. All copy rights are fully owned by the participant. Fly Event S.r.l will not be deemed responsible if there is any damage or infringement to the rights from a third party along with any claim of compensation from the author. Fly Events Srl shall reserve the rights to proceed against a thir person party by means of violation of the rights of the participants' works.
4. Participants consent to Fly Events Srl the free use of names, likeness and projects presented, without receiving any compensation for advertising and publicity (also through Internet), on-line voting, as well as favouring the knowledge of Fly Events Srl activities involving people from different countries. These terms also apply to third persons.
5. The Italian version of these conditions will prevail if needed.
6. In the case of a dispute, the court will hold jurisdiction in Florence.
7. All principal rights of the delivered works belong to the participants.
8. With the exception of the organizations' scholarship prize, there shall be no compensation given to the participants for presenting their works.
9. By participating in this contest, participants automatically accept the regulations of the competition. There shall be NO exceptions to our regulations.
