PRESENT YOUR EGREE PROJECTS ON POSTER IN THE DEGREE EXPO:
To present your Degree Project during the Yalta Regional Festival and participate to the Degree & Profession International Award, first of all register your project in the international virtual database on www.florence-expo.com. Only projects enrolled in the archive can be presented during the Regional Festival in Yalta.
DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING: 30th of JULY, 2010
FREE UPLOADING FEE: To upload your degree project in the Virtual Expo on www.florence-expo.com and participate in the 2010 Edition is free of charge for the participants of Crimean Festival.
FREE PRESENTATION FEE: To present your Degree Projects on a poster A3 in the exhibition organized during the days of the Crimean Festival is free of charge for the participants.
LAYOUT: The layout and size is given by the Foundation to consent the exposition also in Florence. Read here
AWARDS: (only for those who takes part in the Festival and presents Project Power Point Presentation in Yalta): 1st place-500 grn., 2nd place-300 grn. and 3rd place– 200 grn.

Power Point Presentation Of The Project (Max.15 Minutes)
REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION FEES:
Participation fee: to take part in the festival and participate in the conferences, workshops and sessions
– 125 euro (for foreign participants)
- 125 grn. (for local participants)
Payment for participation in the Crimean festival is available in cash, payment directly to the organizing committee (during the first day of your stay in Yalta).
Official languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English
Certification given to all participants. Special certificates will be given to the winners
Publication: It is planned to publish theses of the conferences reports and etc. in the Republican Scientific Magazine “Historical heritage of Crimea”. The demands to the article format are following: theses of the report (not more 3 pages) are accepted in the format of Microsoft Word doc. files on CD on arrival to Yalta. One copy of theses printed on paper and signed by the author is also needed. The text should be printed on the A4 format using 14 Times New roman with 1.5 spacing. All margins 2.5 sm. When printing it is necessary to use the following structure: the title of the report ( using block letters)

Hotel and Accommodation
Residence at the hotel “BRISTOL” situated on the sea promenade of Yalta (the prices for the guests is partially covered by the Crimean Government and the National Committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on the protection of cultural heritage): single room-400 grn.(40 euro); double room-550 grn.(55 euro).The numbers of the rooms in the hotel is limited: single-16 rooms; double-14 rooms. That is why if you wish to book this hotel we kindly ask you to make reservation in advance (please, see application form).Supplementary information: you could have 3 times meals a day for additional pay ( approximately 15 euro).
